Credit Card Processing

A credit card issuing bank implemented a FileNET Visual WorkFlo system for new business document capture and processing.  The FileNET system was also utilized to manage the back end FAX and printing subsystems.

Key Skills: System architecture, system configuration planning, implementation roll-out planning, bulk image and data conversion, hardware and software installation, and skills transfer.

This project was work performed by principals in the company for a former employer and serves to illustrate the capabilities.
