Funds Management

Funds Management workflow processes typically include New Business, Redemptions, Switches, Transfers, and Correspondence processing.  The system implemented using FileNET Visual WorkFlo™  provided mail room document capture, indexing, and a blind double key data entry process to increase transaction integrity.  A workflow process metric capture system was also designed and integrated.  Work could be routed to the customer care center where specialists in telephone transactions could contact the customer and confirm the transaction.
